Starting a Blog

I've meant to start a blog for, literally, years.
I've been running now for 30 years, although to be fair, I did start when I was only 10 years old, very reluctantly I might add.  Running is lonely, and over the last few years I have started inventing blogs in my head while pounding the pavements.  Whenever I bought some new gear or tried out a new fad (barefoot running anyone?), I always wanted to tell someone about it but really, no one in real life was very interested.  So, finally, I have sat at the computer and tried to work out how, exactly, one goes about this curious 21st century activity of 'blogging'.
It's just like a diary right?
Or a random ramble?
Sounds good to me.  Even if no one reads it, that's totally fine.
I have a lot of stuff to ramble about - primarily my main hobbies which are running, camping, photography and reading, along with the crazy adventures of being a mum to 3 kids.
So there it is - my first blog post.
Now I have to decide what to write about next.
Or not...since I'm now late for nursery pick up!
